Who I am
I’m Annette — a certified Intesoma Breathwork Facilitator and Breath Coach, offering trauma-sensitive breathwork and breath coaching for individuals and small groups.
My work is rooted in the understanding that the breath is always with us — steady, accessible, and deeply connected to our nervous system, emotions, and inner world. Through conscious breathing, we can reconnect with ourselves, create safety in the body, and open space for clarity, regulation, and transformation.
I work with both Transformative Breathwork and Breath Coaching, supporting people in different ways and at different depths. While Transformative Breathwork allows for deeper emotional and energetic exploration, Breath Coaching offers practical, everyday tools to regulate stress, build resilience, and integrate conscious breathing into daily life.
All my sessions are held trauma-sensitively, with a strong focus on consent, choice, and pacing. Music, grounding practices, and optional, consent-based touch may be included where appropriate — always explained in advance and never required. Your autonomy and sense of safety are central to my work.
I am health-insurance recognized, with possible reimbursement depending on your provider and coverage.
My intention is not to push or fix, but to create a safe, compassionate space where your breath can guide you back to yourself. The breath is a lifelong companion — and learning to work with it can gently transform how we meet life, one moment at a time.
