This Group Breath Coaching session is a gentle, ongoing in-person offering designed to support a conscious and sustainable relationship with your breath — within the connection of a small group.

Sessions take place weekly and onsite and are guided for 60 minutes. Each session stands on its own and invites you to arrive exactly as you are. The breathing practices are shared, yet always adaptable to your emotional, physical, and energetic needs.

You are welcome to join regularly or drop in as it suits you. The focus is on continuity, gentle nervous system regulation, and real-life integration — without pressure or progression.

Between sessions, you are encouraged to explore simple breathing practices in everyday moments, allowing the benefits of the work to unfold naturally over time.
