8-Week Personal Journey (Online or In Person)

This 1:1 Breath Coaching program is an intimate, supportive journey designed to help you build a conscious, lasting relationship with your breath.

Over eight weeks, we meet every two weeks for a 60-minute session, either online or in person. Each session is tailored to where you are — emotionally, physically, and energetically — and gently supports you in creating balance, resilience, and inner clarity.

Between our sessions, you’ll receive personalized breathing exercises to practice in daily life. I stay connected with you throughout the program, offering regular check-ins to support your progress, answer questions, and help you integrate the practices into your everyday rhythm.

Before the program begins, we start with a free 20-minute online call. This is a relaxed, no-obligation conversation to get to know each other, clarify your intentions, and feel whether this journey is right for you.
